Personal profile
Research interests
My PhD research investigates Organizational Citizenship Behaviors (OCBs) in hybrid work environments, with a particular focus on professional service firms (PSFs). Through qualitative interviews with consultants, I aim to advance understanding of OCBs in contemporary work settings and provide insights for individuals and organizations navigating hybrid work arrangements.
