Research interests
My research interest is in understanding the interaction between home and work, specifically in the context of temporary work arrangements. I am also interested in studying the challenges and best practices in managing labour force.
In my quest to understand the world I operate in, i.e., ‘academics and research', I have started to make sense of me and my peers’ doctoral journey through academic lenses, making it as one of research interests.
