Teaching interests

Greg has a keen interest in pharmacy education and has joined the University as a lecturer on the postgraduate diploma for primary care and the independent prescribing course. 

With experience across a range of sectors in pharmacy practice, Greg has developed interests in medicines safety, governance, and regulation. He has worked in community pharmacy, general practice, community health services and more recently for the General Pharmaceutical Council, and is a practising pharmacist independent prescriber for the local out-of-hours urgent care provider.

Greg is a member of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society and is a registered Pharmacist Independent Prescriber with the General Pharmaceutical Council. He is also a member of the Advisory Panel for Medicines, Ethics and Practice (MEP), a professional guide for pharmacists published by the Royal Pharmaceutical Society.
