Research interests

George's research is primarily concerned with how organizations engage with issues surrounding the natural environment; focusing on topics such as corporate responses to climate change, corporate social responsibility, and environmental activism.

George is also interested in discourse studies that address social, organizational, and institutional change.

He has published in the Academy of Management Journal, Business & Society, Journal of Business Ethics, Organization Studies, and Human Relations, among others.
