Personal profile

Research interests

My research interests lie at the intersection of business, politics, consumption and the natural environment. With a background in Organization and Management Studies, my research centres on understanding how various actors respond to or delay addressing socio-ecological issues. Currently, my focus lies on climate change and sustainable food.

One of my key interest lies in exploring the politics of responsibilization, aiming to better understand how responsibility for addressing social and ecological issues is constructed, shifted and contested. I draw from qualitative methodologies to study such responsibility dynamics in the context of the United Nations, multi-stakeholder processes, and interactions between businesses and consumers, including marketing campaigns.
