Research interests

I am interested in industrial biotechnology and care about waste conversion for a sustainable future of the nature. The idea of bringing the lignocellulosic leftovers as a value-added compounds to our daily life so that maximazing their benefit to produce enviromentally friendly products is my research perspective. I have been working in 'Plate to Pasture' project as a PostDoctoral Research Associate.

Teaching interests

I have had teaching experience in Food Analysis, Food Technology, and Social Responsibility Project courses, and had supervision experience for bachelor's graduation thesis.
