Research interests

My focus is on optimising digital mindfulness-based intervention in the context of improving risk and protective factors for disordered eating. Alongside this research, I am contributing to the development of evidence-based psychological treatments for eating disorders at the Centre for Research on Eating Disorders at Oxford.

You can also find me behind the Bath Centre for Mindfulness and Community's Twitter feed.
