Research interests

My research focuses on occupational populations, where scientific evidence can directly influence performance, health, and safety in physically demanding job roles. I am passionate about using multidisciplinary approaches, to address real-world challenges faced by these groups. My current work investigates strategies to prevent musculoskeletal injuries in British Army recruits. Previously, I have researched breast health and bra use in occupational and sporting settings, aiming to educate individuals and improve support, comfort, and physical performance. Overall, my research aims to develop practical, evidence-based solutions that enhance the well-being and effectiveness of individuals in physically demanding occupations.
