Personal profile

Research interests

I am a postgraduate student on the Professional Doctorate in Health, with a strong commitment to advancing healthcare through leadership, research, and innovation.  As an Advanced Clinical Practitioner in Neurosurgery at Plymouth Hospital NHS Trust, I bring specialist expertise in the management of normal pressure hydrocephalus (NPH) and traumatic brain injuries (TBI).

I lead on the development and optimisation of patient pathways in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including neuropsychologists, to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. My practice is underpinned by evidence-based research, and I am particularly focused on translating clinical insights into service improvement and innovation.

With a passion for improving outcomes in complex neurological conditions, I contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing care delivery and integration across services. I am committed to driving change through collaborative leadership and continuous professional development.
