Research interests

Interested in heat transfer and fluid dynamics research, with a focus on novel thermal management systems for automotive, aerospace and electronics applications. Competent with SolidEdge; Ansys Mechanical and Fluent; MATLAB and MATLAB/Simulink; and Python as of October 2020. Currently researching additively manufactured heat exchangers for the cooling of electrical powertrains.

Previous work includes:

- 2D CFD analysis of a wing under turulent flow with Ansys Fluent

- CAD and FEA of a 7kg multirotor landing gear with SolidEdge and Ansys Mechanical

- High level model of a PHEV's thermal management system system with MATLAB Simulink

- Thermal and electromagnetic analysis of a radial flux permanent magnet synchronous machine with Ansys 2D Maxwell + Thermal
