Personal profile

Research interests

As a Ph.D. student, my research focuses on examining the interplay between social identities and online communities. I have previously contributed to a CREST project investigating the relationship between online organizing and offline collective action. While my background is primarily in psychology, I embrace interdisciplinary approaches, aiming to expand my skills in computational social science.

My current focus involves an experimental project probing the impact of dual identities on group joining behavior. Additionally, I'm planning projects utilising topic modeling and machine learning to gain deeper insights into the dynamics of online communities. Beyond that, my additional ongoing projects extend to mapping the dissemination of conspiratorial and extreme rhetoric on Telegram, as well as efforts to enhance scheduling precision in group research methods.
