Personal profile

Research interests

My research examines the everyday processes and practices of ageing well, asking how they are experienced and what this says about the wider socio-environmental context. I have explored these questions across a range of contexts including, physical activity, chronic illness and impairment, and engagement with nature. My research is underpinned by an a commitment to the use and development of qualitative methods to address complex health issues.
