Research interests

My research sits at the interface between strategic human resource management and corporate social responsibility, and it focuses on the relationships between HR practices, financial performance and social performance. I am particularly interested in the roles played by employee engagement, employee commitment and job satisfaction in these relationships.

Fingerprint Fingerprint is based on mining the text of the person's scientific documents to create an index of weighted terms, which defines the key subjects of each individual researcher.
