Research interests

I am a DBA Candidate at the University of Bath, School of Management. I am a member of the International Centre for Higher Education Management (ICHEM).

My lead supervisor is Prof. Gina Wisker, my second supervisor is Dr. Daniel Davies.

My research interests cover ethical leadership, the multiple foci of employee commitment, and knowledge sharing behaviours. My work is currently focusing on the implications of ethical leadership for employee work outcomes in higher education. I conduct my quantitative research analysing primary data collected from higher education institutions in Lebanon.

Before joining the University of Bath, I obtained a Master degree in Computer Science from Notre Dame University - Lebanon, and a postgraduate research certificate in Mobile Communication for Disaster Scenarios from Ilmenau University of Technology - Germany.

I have over 16 years of work experience in diverse software development and product management roles across various industry lines: Healthcare Development, Marine Port Operations, Multimodal Transportation Management, and Academic Library Automation. I also have over 10 years of university teaching experience, lecturing on a range of topics in Computer Science, Information Systems, and Data Analysis at the Arab Open University in Lebanon.
