Personal profile

Research interests

My research interests sit at the intersection of organisational and occupational psychology, public policy, education, leadership, and workforce development. With a professional background in psychology, I am a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society, a Senior Fellow of Advance HE, and hold a PGCE and Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills status. I am particularly interested in how psychological theory and evidence can be applied to improve organisational behaviour, employee wellbeing, leadership practice, professional development, and decision-making within complex public and educational settings. My work also explores emotional intelligence, motivation, behaviour change, and the translation of research evidence into effective policy and practice. I have a developing interest in the implications of artificial intelligence for work, professional judgement, ethics, and public policy, particularly where technological change intersects with human behaviour, organisational systems, education, and responsible decision-making.
