Research interests

I am a PhD Candidate at the University of Bath, School of Management. I am a member of the Centre for Research on Entrepreneurship and Innovation (CREI).

My lead supervisor is Prof. Orietta Marsili, my second supervisor is Dr. Panos Desyllas, and my external supervisor is Prof. Elena Cefis (University of Bergamo).

My research interests cover the topics of innovation, firm survival and reconfiguration. My work is currently focusing on the form and timing of reconfigurations undertaken by new firms. I conduct my research analysing secondary data provided by the Central Bureau of Statistics Netherlands (Business Register, employer-employee linked data, and Community Innovation Surveys).

Before joining the University of Bath, I obtained a Master degree Economics at the University of Bergamo (IT). During my Master, I also studied at Maastricht University, School of Business and Economics (NL) as an Erasmus student.
