Research interests

My research is at the interface of algebra, geometry and theoretical physics, in what is often now described as non-commutative algebraic geometry.

A particular focus has been on moduli spaces of, and derived equivalences between, coherent sheaves and representations of algebras.

More recently I have become interested in cluster algebras, their associated categories and their relationship with dimer models, as studied in string theory.
