I study high-stake phenomena, which ranges from organisational disasters to radical innovation. I am particularly interested in the epistemological challenges of understanding the underlying dynamics that precipitate such events.  My work explores how thinking and theorizing can be refined to better grasp these complexities. I also examine the implications of AI adoption in strategic management and public policy, especially within high-risk systems. My inquiries are philosophically grounded in pragmatism.
