Our research concerns the development of positive dialogues between European and East Asian ideas, theories and methodologies around education. We are an inclusive global community of researchers in this field.

Our aim is to develop interdisciplinary and nuanced perspectives on education in China and East Asia. We explore the UK and Europe’s potential role and relationships with educational developments in the East Asian region.

In 2015, UN member states agreed to 17 global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to end poverty, protect the planet and ensure prosperity for all. Our work contributes towards the following SDG(s):
