    Description

HPLC is used to separate the components in a homogeneous solution-phase mixture. Can be used to sample reaction mixtures directly from the reaction monitoring flow path for HPLC analysis (reaction mixure sampled is not returned to reaction vessel). This allows for separation of enantiomers to determine the enantiomeric excess over the course of a reaction, using a HPLC method and column established in advance by the user.
