Used for intact protein analysis, monitoring changes in glycosylation, and determining degradation products of monoclonal antibodies (mAB) and antibody-drug conjugates (ADC). Also has MS/MS capability for peptide mapping of digested proteins. For identification of complex protein digest a Mascot server is utilised (maintained of seperate PC).
