Description
This dataset supports the paper "Transient mutation bias facilitates rapid and predictable adaptation toward optimal peaks on an empirical genotype-phenotype landscape". It contains the raw data for this study, primarily measurements of the motility of motile mutants evolved from ancestrally non-motile variants of the microbe Pseudomonas fluorescens SBW25.
