Description

The pilot of the Researcher Wellbeing Project course run in collaboration with the VAWGRN (Violence Against Women and Girls Researchers Network). Through this course participants:
•gain a deeper understanding of the potential impacts of emotionally challenging research,
•learn about effective individual, team and institutional tools/resources/support to navigate these challenges,
•start to develop their own Researcher Wellbeing Plan and resources/tools/support to put in the plan,
•understand how to do a risk assessment,
•understand what a strategic approach to researcher wellbeing on emotionally challenging topics in teams/institutions could look like.
