Trainee Exchange via the IOC Training and Career Development Network’s International

Description

Spent a month at La Trobe University's Sport and Exercise Medicine Research Centre (LASEM), funded by the IOC through the Training and Career Development Network’s International Trainee Exchange. Work was focussed on Female Athlete Knowledge Translation, contributing to athlete-facing guidance and resources. Alongside this, I also supported a mixed-methods evaluation of the AFL initiative 'Prep-to-Play', which was a valuable opportunity to learn more about dissemination and implementation research, and from work being done in other sports and settings.
