Description
As the Chief Organiser of the 6th Entrepreneurial Finance (ENTFIN) Association Annual Meeting, held in September 2022 at the University of Bath, I led the planning and successful delivery of a major international academic conference in the field of entrepreneurial finance. My responsibilities included overseeing the full event lifecycle from drafting the call for papers and managing the submission and review process to coordinating the conference schedule, keynote speakers, and logistics. I facilitated participation from over 80 attendees representing top institutions worldwide, ensuring a high-quality academic programme featuring cutting-edge research on venture capital, crowdfunding, fintech, and private equity. The conference also hosted a special issue collaboration with European Financial Management (AJG 3), further enhancing its academic impact. In this leadership role, I collaborated with the ENTFIN Executive Board, secured institutional support, and managed on-site coordination, contributing to the School’s international visibility and its engagement with a global research community.
