The Southeast Asia Primary Learning Metrics (SEA-PLM) Technical Experts Network is a regional ad-hoc group established to provide technical and advisory support to the SEA-PLM Regional Secretariat. The Network, chaired by the SEA-PLM Regional Secretariat, focuses on the provision for a regional platform to strengthen SEA-PLM’s role in monitoring education quality, enhance assessment practices, and advance the improvement of student learning outcomes in basic education. The TEN members are selected experts from a wide range of thematic areas within the SEA-PLM programme pillars and core expertise.
