The People-Led Resilient Futures event brought together researchers, industry partners, and funders to discuss how organisations can build more resilient and digitally enabled futures through people-centred approaches. During the event, we showcased the Metric Tool and shared practical experiences from organisations, while exploring opportunities for collaboration between academia and industry. The session was delivered as a co-presentation with Total Control Pro, who shared their experience of using the tool and reflected on the impact it has had within their organisation.
