Invited to present at ‘Food Integrity Global’ run by ‘New Food’ magazine (a multimedia platform covering the food and beverage industry around the world). The conference will engage with industry leaders and stakeholders about technology advances and scientific insights to improve food safety worldwide. I have been asked to present our machine learning models (mentioned above) as an improved method for Salmonella management in the food industry.
