Meeting with community members in Butare, Rwanda, to understand how to improve support for young people and families impacted by suicide/self-harm.

Description

Initial PPI activity, to meet with and discuss challenges, needs, ideas and options for how we can better support young people and their families when impacted by suicide or self-harm.

Around 39 members of the local community around Butare, in Rwanda, met with us for songs, stories, prayers and discussion. Crucial learning gained re: what and how to develop our impact activities further.
