This panel, titled 'Alternative approaches to justice', was part of a one-day symposium organised by the Criminology Research Group. This one-day symposium brought together 70 academics from across the social sciences to explore the meaning and operation of justice in the twenty-first century. The event incorporated a keynote lecture, four panels, an optional training session, and a display of art-work. Drawing speakers from the UK, Hong Kong, and Denmark, the symposium was co-funded by the SWDTP and South West British Society of Criminology.
