Description

This one-day conference covered the current status of cellular agriculture with a focus on new developments and innovations in the production of cell-based products (e.g. cultivated meat, cultivated leather) and precision fermentation-based products (e.g. cultured milk, alternatives to palm oil etc.). This conference was aimed at all engineers, scientists and entrepreneurs interested in the sector and it was hosted at the Chancellor's Building, University of Bath.
