Description
Hosted a research visit by Dr Khalimat Murtazalieva (EMBL-EBI, UK) to support discussions on ongoing collaborative work and to explore emerging research directions. During the visit, we discussed our joint manuscript “Elucidating the mechanisms of action and evolutionary relationships of phage anti-defence proteins”, which is currently under review at Cell Host & Microbe. The visit also provided an opportunity to initiate discussions on a new collaborative project focused on developing a 3D structural resource for whole viruses.
