Description

Commissioned to deliver Researcher Wellbeing Project course by University of Bath, Exeter, Cardiff and Manchester for STAFF. Other national/international academics can also buy places on the course. Through this course participants:
•gain a deeper understanding of the potential impacts of emotionally challenging research,
•learn about effective individual, team and institutional tools/resources/support to navigate these challenges,
•start to develop their own Researcher Wellbeing Plan and resources/tools/support to put in the plan,
•understand how to do a risk assessment,
•understand what a strategic approach to researcher wellbeing on emotionally challenging topics in teams/institutions could look like.
