Department of Education Executive Committee
The Executive Committee, chaired by the Head of Department, is composed of members selected at their discretion. The committee advises on strategy and policy development, annual planning, programme proposals, performance monitoring, budget oversight, and management issues within the department. Meetings are held approx. monthly, with attendance by non-members requiring prior approval. Minutes are submitted to the Faculty Executive Committee for review.
