To commemorate the International Day of Women and Girls in Science, we’re asking the fellows Iris Batalha, Lilian Marie Boll, Catarina Cruzeiro and Alexia Pérez about this situation and their answers highlight those films and series in which female scientists play a key role. We’re also looking at cinematographic references we hope will inspire more girls to take on a starring role in science.
